Description martin_zmrhal 2009-08-12 11:45:02 UTC
I did a fresh install of 6.7.1 on Ubuntu 9.10 Alpha 3 from packages from
http://nbi.netbeans.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList (Ubuntu_Karmic folder) (Download them to <path_to_tmp_dir>/debs/,
add line "deb file:/<path_to_tmp_dir> debs/" in '/etc/apt/sources.list', run 'sudo apt-get update' and 'sudo aptitude
install netbeans').

After install there is no launcher for NetBeans in Main Menu (should be under Applications -> Programming). You need to
restart to get the launcher there. However in Ubuntu 9.04 and NB 6.5 from default repository the launcher is added
immediately after install.
