Hopefully these are the steps to reproduce

1. Create the PetCatalog sample application from Web samples
2. Deploy the application
The first deployment will fail, because the environment is not properly set up. I am attaching the GlassFish log file,
which contains the root cause.
3. Deploy the application again - a NPE will be printed in the Ant output. Attaching.
