Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Java tools bundle on MacOS.
2. Uninstall bundle using uninstaller.

Content of NetBeans folder removed not folder itself.
Application server folder removed successfully.

I can reproduce. Will be fixed for next jtb release.

The fix was rolled back because it was unsafe. Trying to find better fix.

No plan to fix it in the near future.
