This issue is tested and verified with the GFESB Build of 10/19/09, including NetBeans IDE 6.7.1 (Build 200910181801).

The test for this included the following steps:

a) Create New Variable
b) Expand "Bpel Global Catalog"
c) Expand "http://www.sun.com/wsbpel/2.0/process/executable/SUNExtension/ErrorHandling

Successfully find that under "Global Complex Types" an entry of "pojoExceptionType" is presented
  and
Successfully find that under "Global Elements" an entry of "pojoException" is presented

Both can be successfully selected.

e) Select "service-ref" and "Ok"

Successfully verified that the namespace location="" entry included the desired "ws-bpel_serviceref.xsd" text.
