Creating a new action in a module stalls for 1-10 minutes in step 3 ( gui registration ). After clicking the next button
in step2, sometimes it stalls immediately, sometimes it switches to step 3 first and stalls then. I've seen this in
several trainings and basically decided to skip any demos or workshops on the Actions API. JDK 1.6 with nb 6.7.1
