Description Marian Mirilovic 2001-11-09 14:09:47 UTC
[nb_dev](20011109),[jdk1.3.1](01) && [jdk1.4.0](rc1-b84)

Steps to reproduce:
- create JFrame
- add JRadioButton to North
- add JPanel to Center
- select JPanel in Component Inspector, select Tab Layout
- double click direction (West), double click direction ( East ) , doubleclick
direction ( North)
-> but now, selection border of JPanel is visible on the East not North
