missing log out link

Log in to netbeans.org and open bugzilla. Sometimes, log out link is not displayed. So if you want to log out, you have to go back to netbeans.org page. Seet attached screenshot.

That's how it's currently working. When you log into the `main-site', BZ sees a cookie and handles you as logged-in. But BZ can not remove that cookie.

There is also the opposite problem. When you first log into BZ, the main site, does not know about it:-(

We use a completely different scheme now. So that problem should not happen any more.
