Scenario:
- Restart IDE
- Create C/C++ sample
- Push Tools|Options
- Click on C/C++ icon
- Open "Code Assistance" tab
==> "Tool Collection" listbox contains duplicates

Was, but in assemblage 200911091156 it is not observed.

Recently I've seen it too. It's random, i.e. does not happen every time.
