If you display a tooltip above the NB project, you see some additional information (with icons) about the project - it gives you a hint on what a particular badge means. Now, I am in the IDE, I see a list of bugs, one of them is gray and crossed over. I have no idea what it means and there is no way to find out without looking for resources online... It would be nice to display some hint about the issue state in the tooltip.

Agreed. Since this may cause confusion and should not IMHO require too much work (I may be wrong, though), I'm suggesting P2. Tomasi, do you expect a UI specification from me?
