Description driscoll 2009-11-12 14:36:23 UTC
JSF fails to install on latest nightly, when downloading SE support only and installing JSF.

It gives a messages about iterator/1 not being found.

Yes, I'm marking it a P1. It's pretty serious, and very worrying for a post-beta bug.

I tested, and JSF works fine if it's bundled (I downloaded the Java EE enabled bundle).

So, it's probably a P2.

The upgrade error also says that there's a problem installing JSP support as well, so it's certainly not a JSF problem, but a repository problem.

Yes, looks like an infrastructure problem. Cc'ing Robert to comment.

I can`t reproduce it with the latest daily (200911190201).
If you still experience it, try to run IDE with a clean userdir, click on "Reload Catalog" button in Tools->Plugin and then install JSF. If reproducible, attach ~/.netbeans/dev/var/log/messages.log.

This bug seems to no longer be present as of the 20091118 build.

Thanks for looking at it.

So, closing.
