there is no way to search after a specif substring in the issue dialog - something like the search functionality we have in editor or in a web browser.

Yes, I agree. 

Not very complicated in terms of UI. The search dialog should probably be identical to that of editor.

Reassigning back, this IMO does not need any further clarification. In all aspects, the search should be the same as in editor.
