Start IDE with fresh userdir
switch to services node, click on Servers node -> 
Java EE activation starts, WARNING dialog appears, but it hides after the end of inicialization

The consequence of the WARNING is that new file wizard doesn't find Glassfish server

If I start the Java EE activation using new project wizard, the problem doesn't appear, it seems to be a problem somewhere in ergonomics<->glassfish cooperation

what does the warning say?

the warning is the standard NB dialog that is shown when there was some exception in the IDE. See bug 177101 where Vojta succeed to report the problem using this dialog

ok. I was able to duplicate the warning dialog from bug 177101.

This is the result of changes that I thought would resolve bug 176044.

The changes did not and resulted in this current mess.

The obvious fix for this issue is to revert the changes that went in to resolve 176044... but that will just mean that 176044 will be open and a P1, so we do not win there.

I am experimenting with changes that will:

revert the changes for 176044 and actually resolve the issue.

http://hg.netbeans.org/web-main/rev/e38747ed4ec7 to resolve the CNF issue.  Some of the other symptoms of this bug are being handled/reviewed in a bug 175932.
