Occurs in build 200911220201 with JDK 1.5.0_19.

When the command path is set correctly, it is possible to start the server, but the stop command is grey and inactive(MAC OS X 10.5). On the other hand, on Ubuntu the server can be stopped, but when stopped, the Stop option is still active.

Sorry, we have no plans to fix this in the near future. Patches are welcome.
