Create single Java Card Platform with Default Device.
Create web project, open properties and select "run" category.
Click on "Manage Cards", add "New Device", return to project properties.
Try to select new card from the list - its impossible, the list is empty.

Close project properties and open again - now there are two devices in list as expected.
