Max Connect Retries :   The maximum number of connection retries with interval between retries. It should be of the form n1;n2,n1;n2,... where n1 is the no.of times to retry and n2 is the duration between each retry. If n1 is -1, it is indefinite no. of times

n1;n2,n1;n2 should be n1;n2

This is one of the valid format for connection retries.

User can provide n1;n2 or n1;n2,n3;n4....

This is a valid one.
