On-Line help page: Java Card 3 Guide -> Developing for the Java Card 3 Platform -> Setting Up a Java Card Platform -> Verify the Java Card Platform is Set Up
is corrupted. 
It contains text like this:

The special character codes used by the helpset generator tool were incorrect. Reworked the  content to use different special character coding. Page checks out correctly when run locally in jhelp viewer. Corrections/changes were pushed to the main NB workspace on 12-17-09.
