Create new web application project, open properties, "web" section.

There is a warning: "Possibly Hand-Edited Web Descriptor. This project web.xml file appears to have been hand-edited ..."

web.xml wasn't modified, so the check that verifies if "this project web.xml file appears to have been hand-edited" seems to be inconsistent with default template files.

Build used is #137.

missing an "else" in WebXmlModel.  Fixed in main/ 7f4b0cd2ee04

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *201001240200* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
