Currently the View Update Center menu is actually running the local servers updatetool, even if the server itself is added as remote server.
I guess this menu should be disabled, because it's misleading.
(It was actually GFv2.1.1's, but I guess this works the same for GFv3's too.)

I tested this with v2 and v3.

v2: fail

v3 does disable the action if a server is remote.

Corrected the component data.

The fix for this should be easy
