Java Card modules are now staged on the Stable UC for NB 6.8

I found an issue with module org-netbeans-modules-swing-validation.nbm There was a new version published with Java Card modules and I didn't know that the older version was already available on UC, because of this 2 different version module became available on the UC, that was wrong. I removed the old one and left just the new. 

But I thing this is wrong - swing-validation is a standard IDE module, sustaining might want to patch it and they would use sources from release68_fixes. It isn't good idea to release an update of standard IDE module from trunk. At least it needs to be discussed with sustaining.

I'm closing the issue - sounds like reverting swing-validation module back to release version is fine.
