I have just created the Depot Application sample project. The IDE is locked up on "Opening Projects" and "Ruby Platform Autodetection" is shown in the status bar. See attached thread dump, which is created during the lockup.

IDE is freshly unpacked from today's zip. Userdir is also clean.

Thanks for the report, the thread dump shows where the problem is. I'll fix this for 6.9.
