Description Masaki Katakai 2010-02-16 21:48:58 UTC
Hi RE team,

It seems that l10n kit zip files are not generated properly
in recent builds. If you have time, could you check?

2010-02-09_02-00-25:
  looks OK

  trunk/daily/2010-02-09_02-00-25/zip/ide-l10n-201002090200.zip
  trunk/daily/2010-02-09_02-00-25/zip/hg-l10n-201002090200.zip
  trunk/daily/2010-02-09_02-00-25/zip/stable-UC-l10n-201002090200.zip

2010-02-10_02-00-25:
  No stable-UC-l10n-*.zip file.

It seems that files for extra modules (usually in stable-UC-l10n-*.zip)
  are included into hg-l10n-*.zip.

  The size of
  trunk/daily/2010-02-10_02-00-25/zip/ide-l10n-201002100200.zip
  increased to 16.9M from 10.5M

2010-02-14_02-00-36:
  trunk/daily/2010-02-14_02-00-36/zip/ide-l10n-201002140200.zip

ide-l10n-201002140200.zip is very small and only few files are included.
  The size is now 128k.

   Still no stable-UC-l10n-*.zip file.

This is because the structure of the cluster.config lists got changed. From Nb 6.9 all the cluster lists contains IDE modules plus extra modules. It means - stableuc cluster.config list contains not only stable UC modules but also IDE modules. Because of this, there is no ease way how to generate l10n kit just for stable UC modules and all the modules are in one file.

If l10n team require l10n kit containing stable UC modules only, then extra step is needed in the build to split the l10n kit into 2 parts. What is the preference for l10n team ?
