Maximum slowness yet reported was 21860 ms, average is 11726

Visibility query in general, ach jo.

The first two reports refer to slow Visibility Query (tracked in bug 176533), but 2nd and 3rd reports concern slowness (which takes much more time than the first two reports) in UpdateWithDependencies.enable, which is fixed in bug 182038 => marking as duplicate of bug 182038
