1. In the Services tab, choose Add Server in the Servers' node popup menu
2. Select GlassFish v3

The Name field at the bottom will be pre-populated with "GlassFish v3". This should be changed, given that the 'v' is being dropped in GlassFish 3.0.1. I suggest using "GlassFish 3.x".
