Are you still facing these troubles?
wiki.netbeans.org works well now. Please feel free to reopen if you have still troubles, but I suppose it should work to you as well now.

Sure it worked well. 

but wiki is inaccessible again.
Does this happening for a known reason?

oops it doesn't answer for ping ok we know that it's normal, but 
the problem is still valid as far as now

Thanks for the report. I filed P1 to ILM team who owns wiki.nb.org infrastructure. They should act asap.

wiki.netbeans.org is back again. Closing the ticket now.
