It is generally incorrect to copy classes from classic library CAP-file into other classic project files, because distributable files for classic applications can contain only one package. So this type of deployment strategy isn't applicable to classic projects.

Could you, please, provide a better description of the problem? Step-by-step, if possible. I am not able to set the deployment strategy for a dependency to "copy into project classes".
