Description wvd_vegt 2010-06-08 08:02:37 UTC
When I stop/restart my tomcat server from within netbeans, the java.exe & cmd.exe and conhost.exe processes that where spawned are not terminated.

As java.exe alone takes 1.4 GB of my internal memory it's important that they are terminated before starting a new instance.

Terminating the java.exe with the windows taskmanager also terminates the cmd/conhost processes belonging to the jave.exe instance.

NetBeans just calls shutdown script of the tomcat. So perhaps the script does not work ok. Can you check it, please?

Hi,

The batch file worked from the commandline.
