Messages can not be showed validly.

When Start or Stop Java DB in NetNeans 6.9 RC2, the output window of NetBeans shows the Chineses characters invalid. Please see the attached file. Locale is Chinese.

The messages comes from Java DB server, not from any NetBeans IDE code thus we cannot fix that. This problem belongs to Java DB server.
