[nb_release33](20011218), [jdk1.3.1](01) && [jdk1.4](89)

Steps to reproduce:
- open/create JFrame
- invoke popup menu (by keyboard) and push Add From Palette | Swing |
ButtonGroup
-> ButtonGroup is added and focus is lost forever !

Focus is not lost - the designer (HandleLayer) has the focus, you 
must use Ctrl+TAB and Shift+Ctrl+TAB to get out of it.
