I suggest NetBeans to add an offline update feature for NetBeans. Most companies , nowadays , do not allow the employees to access the Internet at the workplace.
This feature will allow us the developers to download the updates at home then install it at our workstation.

It's possible to download individual modules from the Update Center. If you want to know more details, read it [1] in the FAQ.
