Product Version = NetBeans IDE 6.9 (Build 201006101454)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.3-b01
Server = Apache Tomcat 6.x

Some files are not being automaticaly deployed even though the 'Deploy on Save' option is selected. So far i noticed that this happens to .java and .xml files. Jsp files seem to be deployed just fine by the server when saved.

Could you please provide the exact steps to reproduce this? It would be best if you could attach a sample project that reproduces this problem. I assume you have an Ant-based web project, right?
