Steps to reproduce: - Install NB 6.9 with JavaFX bundle from http://netbeans.org/downloads/index.html - Add the link to the NB UC http://smetiste.czech.sun.com/builds/netbeans/6.9.1/uc/stable/catalog.xml.gz - Install all updates - Restart IDE The message pops up: Warning - could not install some modules: JavaFX Composer Components - The module JavaFX Composer Kernel was requested in version >= 1.4 but only 1.3.1 was found. JavaFX Composer Components - The module JavaFX Composer Model was requested in version >= 1.4 but only 1.3.1 was found. JavaFX Composer Components - The module JavaFX Composer UI was requested in version >= 1.4 but only 1.3.1 was found. JavaFX Composer Components - The module JavaFX Data Sources was requested in version >= 1.4 but only 1.3.1 was found.

I've just updated successfully from 6.9 (+javafx) to 6.9.1 on Snow Leopard. UC seems to be ok.
The issues is reproduced only under the login without administration rights on my Mac.
In such case it's not a problem of Update Center. Can plugin manager detect such potential problem?
could you please run NetBeans from the console (under user without admin permissions) and then update it. Are there any messages in the console? Could you please attach them to this issue? Could you please also attach messages.log.1 available next to messages.log? does it work without adding UC from smetiste server (since 6.9.1 modules should be live already)?
When you will run NB please do that with argument -J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.autoupdate.level=FINEST That will increase verbosity level for plugin manager. Thanks.
