IDE can not recognize compiler and build tools in dev build 1 due to "Spica" word in the line returned by "get version" command (e.g."cc -V"). As a result QA can not check functionality of IDE with the latest compilers and dmake.

I copied the Aten Express chain and replaced
  Aten->Spica
  aten->spica
  6/10->mm/yy
  1006->yymm
  OracleSolarisStudioExpress->OracleSolarisStudioExpressSpica 

Will update again when we know the new name.
