If you are in netbeans the server log shows fine and then if you kill the server process from the task manager and then restart the server through netbeans the server log quits working.  There seem to be no way to get the log to begin working again without restarting netbeans which is very annoying and sometimes killing the server through the task manager is the only solution.

Should be solved by the fix for issue #196544.
