Product Version = NetBeans IDE 6.9 (Build 201006101454)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.3-b01

The error is displayed but after that the snapshot is opened/closed correctly. I don't know how to understand this error.

I am not sure what you mean by 'debugger snapshot'. Moving to debugger for evaluation.

I do not understand that as well. Please attach messages.log file from <NetBeans-user-dir>/var/log folder. Thanks.

Sorry about this mistake.
It's about PROFILER. 
I was profiling my project and when creating snapshots and saving/closing them
I got that error. 

Later I will attach Screenshots and if you want some logs, but you have to tell me where to get them from.

Please provide NetBeans IDE log file <http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqLogMessagesFile> and steps how to reproduce this problem.

1. Open profiler.
2. Profile an application
3. Click to save a snapshot
4. Try to close the window with the snapshot.

5. Error dialog window is displayed with message.
"Cannot rename file attributes.xml~ in C:\Users\...\.netbeans\6.9\var to
attributes.xml"

6. Close with OK button the dialog.
7. The window closes nevertheless of the error message.

I've attached logs.
