First time Lex/Yacc sample is created, it isn't able to build.
After several attempts it builds ok.

org.netbeans.modules.cnd.remote.sync.download.RemoteBuildUpdatesDownloadTestCase.
test_LexYacc_Updates test is disabled for that reason.

Unfortunately the issue still exists.
The root cause is that custom tools disappear at some moment from configurations.xml. So after regenerating makefile it won't work any more.
