As discussed in bug 189828 the gfv3ee6 and gfv3ee6wc should be form only one server type.

I think it is possible to retain the current wizard(s)
- GFv3 uses the new server API, so there can be number of wizards which may create instances of different or same server type
- such multiple wizards may create instances of single server type

Correct me if I'm wrong or missing something.

I have run into some complications with the deployment descriptor files....

There are some jagged edges related to DeploymentFileNames entry in the layer file...
