Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.0 M2 (Build 201010151251)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_21
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 17.0-b17

In my case I started seeing issues with JAXWS_ENDORSED. It turned out that it was refering to paths in the 6.9.1 dirs that are no longer there instead of using the predefined ones for 7.0.

Could you please give me steps to reproduce and attach YOUR_USER_DIR/var/messages.log file here in order I could investigate the issue.

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. I'll reopen if I'm able to do so.
