1. Register JBoss 6 Milestone 5
2. Create a new Java EE 6 web application with JBoss target
3. On the Frameworks panel, check JSF

The IDE will offer JSF 2.0 and JSF 1.2 as "Registered Libraries", but it should also offer a "Server Library" for the JSF libraries bundled with JBoss.
