The new connection wizard for Oracle DB requires driver to be downloaded, the message with this information links to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/enterprise-edition/jdbc-112010-090769.html

However, at the page it is not clear which file the user has to download. 

The info message should give the filename of the file needed.
