Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201011110000)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.3-b01

Steps to reproduce

1) Have an existing 6.9.1 installed where you have used the NetBeans Profiler.

2) Install clean 201011110000 

3) Open dialog for plugin activation 

4) Install updates identified in status bar

5) After reboot, go back to plugin activation

6) Select all capabilities for activation

7) Activate capabilities
