I have Tomcat 6 and T7 registered in the IDE. If I start T7 and then refresh T6 then both T6 and T7 looks like they are running at the same time.

I'm not sure if it is relevant but all of (or most of)  operations take very long time. For example expanding Web Applications node takes at least half a minute to perform.

UPDATE: ignore performance part of this report - it was problem in my proxy server setting which affected Tomcat and as I later noticed also GlassFish.
