[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.22 ]

Open a fresh NB daily build installation. Go to Window > Plugins > Installed.
There's only one plugin active - Base IDE. Select Java Web and EE + Java SE.
The exception Folder Settings already exists in Default System
(NBProfiler/Config) will be thrown in the UI and the log. See the attachments.

Use-case:

1. Start NetBeans with clear user directory
2. Open project MemoryView

Use-case:

1. Start NetBeans with clean user dire
2. Create AnagramGame project
3. NetBeans complains that profiler settings already exists (see screen shoot 4)
