Using the 7.0 beta bits. 

I have a layer file that I have modified and not committed into HG.  The editor detects the changes and decorates the 'gutters' correctly, but the file name does not appear in blue text as expected.

LayerNode should return the value of htmlDisplayName instead of displayName. o.n.m.masterfs.providers.AnnotationProvider.annotateNameHtml should be called instead of the annotateName method.
