Disabled "Next >" button if it is already installed

After installing NetBeans 7.0 to my computer, I realized it's much to valuable to not have with me wherever I go and tried to install it to a 16GB flash drive I have. Unfortunately, NetBeans won't install anywhere if it is already installed to the computer.

Actually this is expected behavior, not a bug. In case if you want to "cheat" and install NetBeans twice, you can rename or remove $USERDIR\.nbi folder. In this case all the information about the software installed will not be available for installer.

I consider it one, as NB 6.9 will let me install it elsewhere if it is already installed on the computer.
