Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build nbms-and-javadoc-6381-on-101224)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_22
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 17.1-b03

I created a new Java "Empty Ant-Based Project", then determined I did not want it.  When I went to the project in the Projects window, the Delete option is not available.
