nb 6.9.1 + jdk6 u24

- after installing bundle, and leaving registration checkbox checked, registration page appears. It points to inventory.sun....., but gets redirected to oracle registration pages. Better to update link to oracle registration pages to avoid redirection.

The registration is switched off for NB7.0+JDK6u25 bundle: http://hg.netbeans.org/releases/rev/645b08032e7c
