I am having this problem on a Lenovo laptop (3840 x 2160). I am able to adjust the font sizes in the editor and output panes, but the icon sizes on the toolbar are microscopic with the large setting and almost invisible with the small setting. Also, the font size on the tabs (Projects, Files, Services) is equally microscopic.
