One of the "hot" highlighting items that highlights text as one types, does not appear to be confiurable from the fonts and colors menu. When using a black background this particular feature makes the text very hard to read. I searched through all fonts and colors options looking for a anything with a yellow background and cannot find it. Thanks! If you mean the highlight that highlights current edited row, you can change it in fonts&colors - Highlighting - Highlight caret row. If you mean something else, please be more specific - a screenshot can really help.
