Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_17

1) How big are those projects? How many files approximately do they contain?
2) Please run 7.0 beta2 with
-J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.versioning.VersioningAnnotationProvider.level=400
-J-Dversioning.annotator.cacheSize=3000 and when the files' labels start
flashing, attach the message log (~/.netbeans/7.0beta/var/log/message.log)
