1. Tools>Plugins>Installed
2. check the Bugzilla plugin
3. click "Deactivate"
4. click "Deactivate" again in the comfirmation dialog which comes up
5! select "Restart IDE Now" and click "Finish".  The IDE restarts but the plugin is still active.

System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

The Java profiler will not deactivate either which is probably related to this.

Version: 1.1.1 Source: NetBeans IDE 7.1

probably not. you should file a new issue on profiler
